Privacy and Cookie Policy

Privacy & Cookies

Eurocom believes in permission-based marketing and respects your privacy. Our business is built on personal knowledge, trust and long-term relationships. We value a smaller number of meaningful business connections that create value for both parties.

Cookies and browsing

Our website does not use cookies or track your browsing behaviour.

Emails only if you choose to receive them

You can voluntarily subscribe through the Brevo form on our homepage. The form asks only for your email address, which Eurocom uses to send occasional communications about available stock, special offers and product news.

We do not send a scheduled newsletter. We contact subscribers only when we have an offer or update to share. Subscribing is optional and is not required to browse our website.

The legal basis for these marketing communications is your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

Under no circumstances will Eurocom share the email address you voluntarily provide with other companies.

How Brevo is involved

We use Brevo to manage subscriptions and send emails. Your email address is processed through its platform for these purposes.

Unsubscribing and requesting deletion

Every promotional email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also contact info@eurocom.tech to unsubscribe or request deletion of your email address. Simply write “rimuovi”, “remove me” or “cancel”. No explanation is needed.

Once you unsubscribe, your email address will no longer be used to send offers or product updates. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

Your privacy rights

Where applicable, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of processing or data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, including the Italian Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

For privacy requests, contact info@eurocom.tech
